At **Mae Labs**, we are a **Food Innovation Laboratory** dedicated to developing functional foods that promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle. We are currently seeking a dynamic, responsible individual with an excellent attitude to join our team. **Work Modality** * Part-time * Daily work * City: Arequipa **Responsibilities** * Conduct live broadcasts (Lives) on TikTok and Facebook to promote Mae Labs products. * Present and clearly explain product benefits in an approachable manner. * Interact with the audience, answer questions, and build trust during Lives. * Drive sales and close orders during live broadcasts. * Assist in creating simple social media content (videos, stories, or product demonstrations). * Participate in brand activations, tastings, and events. * Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. * Follow up with potential customers and encourage repeat purchases. **Requirements** * Excellent attitude and strong communication skills. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Interest in sales and customer service. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Own transportation preferred (not mandatory). **We Offer** * Base salary. * Performance- and sales-based bonuses. * Ongoing training. * Opportunity to grow alongside an innovative company. **If you wish to join MyLabs, send us your CV and become part of a new generation of food innovation.** Salary: Starting from S/.550\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
