As part of our growth, we are seeking a: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: - Must be over 22 years of age. - Graduates or Bachelor's degree holders in: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related fields. - Availability to work office hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (100% on-site). - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (macros) / Knowledge of Power BI. - Big Data handling / Database management experience. - Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial, product, or service areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in preparing purchase orders and special orders to suppliers. - Create supplier and product records, upload data and images. - Schedule pricing and upload new price lists, load promotions. - Analyze and prepare reports on product subtypes to identify and evaluate opportunities. - Generate reports and manage over 10,000 SKUs. - Track inconsistencies in purchase orders. - Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
