At **Scouter**, a talent acquisition consultancy, we are looking for an **Audiovisual / Content Creation Analyst** for our client **NUWA**. If you are passionate about creating content that connects, converts, and follows trends… this opportunity is for you! **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Execute the content calendar aligned with business objectives. * Produce audiovisual content: recording and editing organic and advertising videos. * Develop strategic visual storytelling (shots, framing, conversion-oriented storytelling). * Adapt content for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads. * Publish and manage content on social media (Facebook and Instagram). * Collaborate with the marketing team based on insights from paid campaigns. * Maintain constant communication with strategic marketing and the commercial team. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in content creation and editing (images and video). * Experience managing social media. * Proficiency in tools such as **CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop** (mandatory). * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Illustrator** (preferred). * Basic knowledge of metrics in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or Google Ads. * Degree in Communications, Audiovisual Studies, or related fields. **What do we offer?** * Hybrid work model: **4 days onsite / 1 day remote**. * Formal employment under MYPE payroll (50% benefits). * Opportunity to develop creative content with real commercial impact. **Apply now and join a team that transforms ideas into results.** Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
