Our **Retail** team is seeking a Dealer Network Development Analyst to join Inchcape **Lima – Peru.** The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the evaluation, compliance, and execution of the Dealer Performance Governance (DPG) Program, internal and external audits related to Rebates, and ensuring the program’s balance in defining measured KPIs and incorporating regional KPIs aligned with the Company’s strategy. **What You’ll Do** * Develop and manage the **Dealer Performance Governance (DPG) Program**, and consolidate and **periodically communicate results** to the Automotive and Truck Dealer Network. * Ensure the **accurate recording, storage, and monthly updating** of DPG information and results. * Prepare **performance analysis reports** to identify deviations and propose corrective actions for underperforming **DPG KPIs** across the Dealer Network. * Ensure **dealers’ proper operational use** of digital tools and platforms, such as **Quiter, Dealer Portal, Salesforce**, among others. * Manage the **preparation of Purchase Orders, settlements, accruals, and other administrative processes**, linked to departmental activities that drive brand growth. * Provide **support and assistance to the Dealer Network** regarding inquiries, requests, and requirements related to the DPG and the use of digital platforms and tools. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: Education & Experience * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience as a Commercial Analyst. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Basic SAP knowledge. * Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate Power BI skills. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility — and we invite you to build it with us.
