




Job Summary: This position efficiently manages order scheduling and delivery, monitors key performance indicators, and coordinates with carriers and internal teams. Key Highlights: 1. Manages scheduling and last-mile delivery of orders. 2. Monitors key performance indicators such as rejection rate and freight cost. 3. Coordinates daily operations with carriers and the commercial team. JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Efficiently and promptly manage order scheduling and delivery based on sales volume and last-mile distribution channel. 2. Monitor rejection and freight cost KPIs. 3. Update carrier contact phone schedule. 4. Follow up with carriers to develop the BPD. 5. Analyze KPI reports on distribution costs, unit capacity, and rejection indicators. 6. Review customer portfolio with time-window scheduling. 7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and departmental policies among transportation personnel. 8. Track customer service interactions. 9. Address and resolve incidents involving transportation personnel. 10. Report and escalate warnings, potential reprimands, and/or suspensions of delivery personnel. 11. Daily supervision of vehicle departures before 07:30 a.m. 12. Daily coordination with the commercial team and delivery personnel. 13. Daily review and assignment in the system of rescheduled orders. 14. Coordinate execution of customer claims related to product, service, or quality department requests. 15. Track pending deliveries. 16.
