Rapid resolution of technical issues DC Tech, a leading Peruvian company with 25 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions, is currently seeking top talent for the position of **LEVEL 1 TECHNICAL SUPPORT**. **Requirements:** · Final-year students of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related Information Technology disciplines. · Minimum 1 year of experience in Level 1 and/or Level 2 technical support. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software — Windows and macOS. · Installation and configuration of Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced), web browsers, and email clients. · Network diagnosis and configuration (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN). · Use of remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). · Availability to work onsite Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the client's location (Lima Norte SMP). **Responsibilities:** · Customer service and telephone call handling. · Ticket management and incident escalation. · Rapid resolution of technical issues. · Clear explanation of solutions to non-technical users. **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE labor regime starting on Day 1. · Salary above market rate. · Statutory Life Insurance and SCTR. · Ongoing training. · Technology growth opportunities.
