A small, direct team with zero bureaucracy **We are Montage and Life, and we are looking for freelance wedding video editors in Peru.** We have over two years of specialized experience in wedding video editing and are expanding our pool of editors. We are not simply looking for someone who knows how to edit: we seek someone who *feels* editing—who enjoys building stories from imperfect footage—and who understands that behind every wedding lies a unique story deserving of thoughtful storytelling. **What We’re Looking For:** * Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (with original license) * Real-world experience editing wedding videos: narrative, emotion, and pacing * Strong color sense, white balance, and cross-camera matching ability * Solid musical judgment: you know how to select the right song for each moment * Ability to adapt your editing to our clients’ styles without compromising quality * Obsessive attention to detail: in cuts, motion, and sound * Basic sound design skills: ambient effects that elevate the video * A communicative, honest, and delivery-committed individual **What We Offer:** * Ongoing projects based on demand and your performance * Per-project payment (varies by video type and duration) * A small, direct team with zero bureaucracy * Creative freedom within each client's style **Minimum Technical Requirements:** * Laptop or PC capable of smoothly running 4K LOG footage (H.264 or H265\) * Minimum 300GB free storage space (ideally 400\-500 GB) * Stable internet connection (preferably 600 Mbps via Ethernet cable) * Original, up-to-date software (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Studio) **NOTE ON PROXIES:** If your system cannot smoothly handle 4K LOG footage, the editor must be able to generate and work with proxies.
