Job Summary: We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Electrical Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical, electronic, and automation systems of concrete spraying equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Job Mission** Diagnose, repair, and maintain the electrical, electronic, and automation systems of concrete spraying (Shotcrete) equipment, ensuring that control and power systems operate according to safety and operational efficiency standards. **II. Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Technical degree in Industrial Electricity, Electrotechnology, Heavy Equipment Electronics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of electrical maintenance experience with construction or mining machinery. * **Specific Knowledge (Mandatory/Desirable):** * Advanced interpretation of **electrical diagrams and schematics**. * Experience diagnosing control systems on **Putzmeister** equipment. * Knowledge of **control systems (PLC)**, sensors, solenoid valves, and frequency inverters. * Proficiency with measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp meter, diagnostic scanner). **III. Key Responsibilities** * **Preventive/Corrective Maintenance:** Service control panels, electric motors, and lighting systems on spraying equipment. * **Fault Diagnosis:** Identify failures in pressure, flow, and proximity sensors affecting the shotcrete spraying cycle. * **Control Systems:** Configure and verify remote controls (joysticks) and telecontrol systems on equipment. * **Electrical Safety:** Ensure proper insulation of components against moisture and dust—critical factors in concrete spraying. * **Optimization:** Propose improvements to electrical systems to prevent unexpected site stoppages. **IV.
