Position Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Assistant to support fleet vehicle management and control, ensuring their proper operation and operational availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in fleet vehicle management and control 2. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Incident reporting and vehicle status tracking We are the leading beverage distribution company in the market, currently seeking a Fleet Assistant to support fleet vehicle management and control, ensuring their correct operation and operational availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Enter fleet expense data into the system - Collect information on fleet vehicles - Assist in fleet vehicle control and monitoring - Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance - Verify vehicle documentation (SOAT, technical inspection, etc.) - Record incident information and vehicle status - Assist in driver supervision and proper vehicle usage REQUIREMENTS: - Student or graduate in automotive mechanics, fleet management, or heavy machinery mechanics - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office - Prior experience in similar roles is desirable - Availability to work in Villa El Salvador and Chorrillos - Valid A1 driver's license BENEFITS: - Formal employment contract from the first day of work - Full social benefits. -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
