Job Summary: We are seeking Dishwashers / General Assistants to perform cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of order for equipment, utensils, and areas, as well as washing and drying of tableware. We are currently recruiting Dishwashers / General Assistants for Ventanilla and Callao. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar or related fields. **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning of assigned areas according to established standards. * Carry out cleaning and disinfection tasks for assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Maintain order of assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Collect waste from assigned areas. * Scrape food residue from trays; separate food waste and liquids from tableware; sort tableware by type (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). * Manually wash pre-scraped tableware and utensils using the designated detergent, controlling quantities according to the washing procedure. * Dry and disinfect tableware used in each service. * Perform weekly bleaching of all tableware, glasses, and trays—or as scheduled per contract. * Support activities assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one (statutory benefits). * Opportunity to join a multinational company. * 100% covered meals. **Newrest maintains an inclusive hiring policy for people with diverse abilities.** Employment Type: Full-time Application Questions: * Please provide your contact number so we may reach you. * In which district do you currently reside? * Do you have experience in this position? * Are you currently studying? * Do you agree with the base salary of S/.1130 + S/.250 monthly mobility allowance?
