




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage customer complaints, administrative processes, and documentation, supporting the operations team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cash management and contract registration A leading company in its sector is looking to fill the position of OPERATIONS ASSISTANT, requiring the following profile: Requirements: Minimum education: Technical degree in Administration or related fields. Intermediate Office software skills Basic SAP knowledge Preferably 1 year of experience in administrative roles, customer service, and document management. Key Duties: Receive and channel customer complaints, grievances, claims, and suggestions. Efficiently manage the process for tombstone production and installation. Manage cash handling, contract registration, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Operations Management.
