Job Summary: We are seeking a field sales representative with experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales to meet sales quotas, visit retail outlets, and acquire new customers in Lima. Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of field sales experience. * Experience in FMCG, natural products, grocery stores, convenience stores, or general merchandise. * Knowledge of routes in Eastern Lima and/or Urban Lima. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Existing client portfolio (desirable). * Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and goal-oriented mindset. **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Achieve assigned sales quotas and objectives. Visit retail outlets daily according to the assigned route. Acquire new customers and strengthen commercial relationships. Plan and organize daily sales activities. Perform collections and cash reporting.
