REQUIREMENTS: * Final-year student, graduate, or bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Knowledge of and ability to interpret psychometric and projective tests. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Familiarity with various recruitment sources (job portals, social networks, job fairs, fieldwork, etc.). * Basic to Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of various Human Resources processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Post job openings through online job boards, educational institutions, and other channels. * Conduct interviews with applicants. * Prepare psycholaboral reports. * Perform employment reference checks. * Manage office supplies, accessories, telephones, and uniforms issued to staff. * Send birthday greetings via email and WhatsApp. * Create and maintain up-to-date employee files. * Schedule medical examinations for new hires. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.
