Positive work environment JOB OFFERING: PROJECT MANAGER We are looking for a highly committed, results-oriented Project Manager responsible for leading the planning, execution, and control of strategic projects within the organization. Main Responsibilities: Plan the project (define the design of the civil works, prepare the budget, and develop the construction schedule). Organize the project team (internal staff and contractors) Execute and supervise the project, resolving day-to-day issues. Monitor and control the project (schedule, costs, and scope) Coordinate with project stakeholders (suppliers, team members, contractors, regulatory bodies, board of directors, community, unions, etc.) Manage project risks by proactively identifying potential problems and implementing contingency plans · Requirements: Civil Engineering graduate or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in project management. Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, or others). Proficiency in planning and analysis tools (Excel, MS Project, Power BI, or others). Leadership ability, effective communication, and decision-making skills.
