Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with the Digital Sales JM on quality traffic delivery across various channels * Serve as the liaison between the squad, Digital Sales, and agencies to coordinate media plans and execute campaigns * Design and refine digital communications for customers * Monitor and support campaign measurement * Develop and deploy ad-hoc communications tailored to each sales channel * Manage MKT and ROYAL channel team activities * Create email templates and journey assets based on results obtained from each journey * Prepare campaign briefs * Implement and update landing pages * Manage the relationship with the media agency * Manage the creation and execution of testing for digital campaigns * Analyze and recommend media channels by campaign type * Support and follow up on negotiations with sales channels and ATL, BTL, and digital media providers * Organize, develop, strategize, and execute SME segment events aligned with the allocated budget * Perform other duties assigned by the leader and drive continuous improvement of the role **Requirements:** Relevant degrees: Graduates in Marketing or Business Administration and Marketing Soft skills: Interpersonal effectiveness, supplier negotiation, assertive and proactive communication, analytical ability, creativity. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
