Lead, develop, and monitor sales teams **SALES MANAGER** Our client, a mass-consumption company with over **15 years of market presence**, specializing in the import and distribution of personal care and fragrance products, is seeking a Sales Manager. **Position Objective** To comprehensively lead the company’s commercial management, ensuring execution of the commercial plan through indicator-based, process-driven, and field-operation-controlled management. Responsible for translating commercial strategy into sustainable results, enhancing sales team performance, and consolidating profitable business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead commercial management across traditional and modern channels, ensuring achievement of sales targets. * Manage commercial relationships with wholesalers and distributors in Lima and provincial areas. * Plan and supervise routes, coverage, prospecting, customer recovery, and sales closing. * Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of team leaders, supervisors, and field sales staff. * Ensure field execution discipline and adherence to scheduled visit frequency. * Monitor commercial KPIs, manage the CRM system, and prepare reports for decision-making. * Drive growth of the active customer portfolio, acquisition of new customers, and recovery of strategic customers. * Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations departments to strengthen commercial execution. * Conduct customer visits and field follow-ups to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with commercial plans. * Analyze commercial data to optimize management and achieve business objectives. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum **7 years of experience** in commercial roles. * At least **4–5 years leading sales teams**, team leaders, or commercial supervisors. * Proven experience in the traditional channel (wholesalers, distributors, routes, coverage, and horizontal sales). * Experience in the modern channel or organized retail is desirable. * Experience in mass-consumption companies, personal care, beauty, perfumery, pharmaceuticals, OTC, distribution, or related industries. * Proficiency in commercial KPIs, CRM systems, and management tools. * Availability to work on-site in Villa El Salvador.
