Case follow-up and visits for social welfare A leading company in the transportation of hazardous materials is currently seeking 01 SOCIAL ASSISTANT who meets the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Professional in Social Work (professional registration preferred). Intermediate-level office software proficiency. Basic graphic design knowledge (non-exclusive). RESPONSIBILITIES: Management and control of activities related to social security (registrations, accreditations, exchanges, subsidies). Design and implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and labor turnover. Analyze indicators (absenteeism, turnover, accidents) and propose improvements. Plan, execute, and monitor training events, awareness and motivation campaigns, integration activities, social events, and other activities related to employee occupational welfare; additionally, maintain source documentation evidencing these activities. Follow up on operational actions related to social welfare. Implement programs established in the Annual Social Welfare Plan.
