Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC technician for the operation, programming, and machining of unique mold parts, with skills in mechanical drawing interpretation and dimensional inspection. Key Highlights: 1. CNC machining center operation and programming. 2. Machining of unique mold parts. 3. Interpretation of mechanical drawings and dimensional inspection. Main Responsibilities: • CNC machining center operation. • Programming of mold parts and components. • Tool, workpiece, and machine zero setup. • Interpretation of mechanical drawings and dimensional inspection. • Machining of unique parts (not mass production). • Compliance with standards for organization, cleanliness, and safety. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in CNC operation and/or programming. • Experience in mold making (injection molding, thermoforming, or blow molding). • Knowledge of drawing reading and tolerances. • Proficiency in using measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.). • Knowledge of tool selection and cutting parameters.
