Position Summary: ProtecLine Latam is seeking a Mobility Dispatcher to support logistics, dispatching, and maintenance of units, ensuring proper delivery and control of materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in receiving, storing, and preparing materials. 2. Coordination of deliveries and control of mobile units. 3. Maintaining order and suggesting stock replenishment. ProtecLine Latam is a Peruvian company specializing in the integration of solutions for Electrical Protection, Communications, Climate Control, IT, and Automation, and we require a Mobility Dispatcher for our logistics team. A valid Class A-I driver’s license is mandatory. Knowledge of defensive driving is required. Knowledge of route planning and dispatching. Knowledge and experience in controlling and maintaining units. Familiarity with materials, equipment, and tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in receiving materials, tools, and equipment. Support proper storage of products. Prepare materials for dispatch to construction sites and/or services. Coordinate material deliveries with various departments. Receive and implement dispatch instructions from the Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager. Report daily route progress. Maintain and control daily route records for mobile units (mileage) and report them daily to the Logistics Manager. Maintain and control fuel consumption records for mobile units and each refueling. Maintain, control, and perform maintenance on mobile units. Assist in developing dispatch routes. Support periodic inventory counts. Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse. Suggest replenishment of consumable materials for services and maintenance. EDUCATION: Completed Secondary Education. EXPERIENCE: Minimum six (06) months of operational experience in warehouse management; prior experience as a warehouse assistant is desirable.
