The selected candidate will operate elastic and flat looms efficiently and safely, ensuring proper machinery operation before, during, and after each shift. It is essential to inspect fabric quality according to technical specifications and perform basic machine adjustments—such as thread tension and feed—to maintain high production standards. Additionally, the candidate must report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to ensure operational efficiency. The candidate must keep the work area clean and organized while meeting daily production targets. Commitment, precision, and technical skills are required for this role.
