We continue growing and are currently seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst who wishes to take the next step in their career to position our brand as a leader in the industry. · What will your responsibilities be? - Coordinate with customers’ procurement departments to comprehensively track customs operations, from import documentation receipt to nationalized cargo arrival at its final destination. - Receive, verify, and validate customer shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. - Coordinate and align operations with customs agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other assigned foreign trade operators. - Coordinate with carriers for material pickup from customs storage terminals and schedule available units for secure transport to the final destination. - Record and maintain up-to-date shipment information in the internal system (ERP/CRM), ensuring process traceability. - Report import insurance incidents or claims to the insurance company; collect and submit supporting documentation and conduct continuous follow-up until policy closure and proper reimbursement. - Manage courier-mode shipments upon request from corporate clients, supervising the chain from pickup to final cargo delivery. - Monitor and update the customer operations status report in shared collaborative tools, ensuring real-time visibility for decision-making. · What do you need to join our team? - Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. - 3 years of experience in similar positions. - Experience in imports or exports. · What do we offer? - Full statutory employment benefits. - 50% EPS health insurance coverage (depending on selected plan). - Corporate and wellness benefits. - Opportunity to be part of Peru’s most important economic group, Ferreycorp. · We are a company that supports Law No. 29973; we promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, regardless of religion, race, gender, disability status, or nationality.-Requirements- Minimum education: University graduate 3 years of experience Keywords: analyst, trade, comercio, internacional, external, international, foreign, exterior
