Job Summary: Administer and control electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance services to ensure facility operations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance activities across multiple sites. 2. Coordinates with internal departments and vendors for maintenance execution. 3. Tracks internal customer requirements and requests. Job Objective Administer and control preventive and corrective electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance services at the Industrial, EFE, Rentafer, and Gambetta sites to ensure facility operations in accordance with company policies and guidelines. · Responsibilities Plan and schedule annual electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance activities for the Industrial Site. Coordinate and plan with various company departments and vendors regarding their availability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Industrial Site facilities. Identify and select vendors for electrical, mechanical, and installation maintenance services. Generate purchase requisitions in SAP for contracting preventive and corrective maintenance services for facilities and equipment. Track internal customer requirements and/or requests. Conduct periodic inspections across different areas to identify any equipment malfunction. Comply with applicable legal and other voluntary SSMA requirements related to job activities, as well as Ferreyros standards, procedures, and instructions. Assume other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to maintain efficiency within the department and/or management. · Requirements Technical graduate in Electricity, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of general work experience, including 1 year in general services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
