Requirements: Education: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Law, or related fields (with payroll courses). Experience: 2+ years in similar roles and responsibilities. Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation Intermediate Excel skills Availability to work on-site in Chorrillos Responsibilities: Conduct the selection process, ensuring hiring of personnel with the appropriate profile for the position. Ensure compliance with the selection procedure. Comply with Policy, Safety Regulations, Standards, and Procedures. Review documentation required for personnel onboarding. Consolidate information of newly hired personnel. Manage and validate the attendance system, record incidents. Update, register, and maintain employee personnel files. Coordinate with department heads the training schedule. Collaborate with the supervisor to organize cross-departmental company events aimed at improving workplace climate. Other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
