Conducting methods and time studies We are Pacific Textile Industry, a company dedicated to manufacturing garments for export, and we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: Junior Engineering Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in PCP planning or control roles, or similar positions within large-scale companies. Knowledge of time studies, methods engineering, line balancing, and project tracking. Basic English language proficiency. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. Advanced-level Excel skills. Mission: Provide support to the sewing area through line balancing, time studies, and potential measurement. Responsibilities: Identify bottlenecks and critical operations. Prepare line balancing and layout plans. Execute and manage staff movements and reclassifications. Conduct and analyze potential measurements. Perform methods and time studies. Coordinate and conduct staff evaluations. Prepare engineering reports and/or worksheets. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
