




Job Summary: A professional with experience in logistics and operations, responsible for procurement management, supplier coordination and treasury functions, and support for internal users. Key Highlights: 1. Manages procurement and service requests and coordinates with suppliers. 2. Handles purchase orders, payments, and support for internal users. 3. Organizes the warehouse and manages procurement and travel allowances. - Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or operations. - Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. - Experience using Management Software (ERP). **Responsibilities:** - Verify and address submitted procurement and service requests. - Generate Purchase Orders and/or Service Orders for subsequent submission and coordination with suppliers. - Coordinate with the treasury department to request corresponding payments. - Address potential complaints from internal users and coordinate replacement and/or corrective actions as required. - Verify and manage petty cash purchases and travel allowance reimbursements. - Organize and manage the warehouse using the 5S methodology. **Work Location:** Huachipa, Lima, Peru Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work Mode: On-site employment
