Job Summary: Logistics Assistant responsible for administrative support, warehouse documentation control, and procurement management for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement and material supply for construction projects. 2. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and construction sites to ensure smooth operations. 3. Monitor inventory and warehouse movements, preparing reports. At Grupo Roky's, we are seeking a Logistics Assistant who will provide administrative support and ensure proper documentation control of warehouse operations, contributing to an efficient, organized, and company-standard-aligned logistics management. Manage procurement and material supply for construction projects. Responsibilities: * Request quotations and coordinate with suppliers. * Track purchase orders and deliveries. * Coordinate material dispatch to projects. * Monitor inventory and warehouse movements. * Prepare stock and supply reports. * Manage procurement and logistics documentation. Requirements: * Coordinate with warehouse, construction sites, and suppliers to ensure operational continuity. * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or warehouse operations (preferably in construction or project-based environments). * Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, inventory control, and supplier management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * ERP system experience is desirable.
