Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the inspection and repair of machinery and tools in a metalworking company. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting the efficient operation of machinery and tools. 2. Conducting periodic safety inspections of machinery and tools. 3. Repairing malfunctions and performing equipment maintenance. We are a metalworking company manufacturing equipment and machinery for various industrial sectors, primarily serving the mining, agro-industrial, and steel industries. We are currently seeking 1 **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (for technical professionals) or 5 years (for those with completed secondary education). * Basic experience in metalworking manufacturing processes: cutting, bending, rolling, machining, assembly, and lifting operations. * Fundamental knowledge of industrial electricity. * Availability to work in the Ate District – Alt. Paradero Tagore. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assisting in inspecting machinery and tools used by the company to ensure proper and efficient operation; reviewing workshop drawings to determine required tools and direct/indirect consumables, as well as planning staff assignments. * Periodically verifying (during inventory checks) that machinery and tools are complete and in safe working condition to prevent workplace hazards. * Assisting in repairing malfunctions of machinery and tools, and implementing appropriate maintenance actions. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Additional mobility bonus of S/ 10 per day worked. * Opportunity to join a growing organization and develop professionally alongside it. * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:20 PM) and Saturday (7:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
