Job Summary: We are seeking a Motorized Field Supervisor to ensure the proper execution of field distribution services by supervising routes, drivers, and deliveries to achieve high effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Direct supervision of routes and drivers to ensure effectiveness. 2. Real-time tracking of incidents occurring on routes. 3. Currently, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of Motorized Field Supervisor - Villa el Salvador, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of field distribution services through direct supervision of routes, drivers, and deliveries, aiming for high effectiveness, on-time deliveries, and a satisfactory experience for the end customer. Requirements Technical graduate / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (desirable). Valid BIIB driver’s license. Own vehicle (motorcycle). Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities Supervise field execution of distribution routes (departures, deliveries, and closures). Verify transporters’ compliance with operational protocols. Conduct real-time tracking of route incidents (absences, rescheduling, delays). Audit field deliveries (evidence validation: photos, ID, location, order status).
