




Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for Oil & Gas projects, an expert in project management and technical standards, with a focus on operational continuity. Currently, we are searching for top talent to fill the position of CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT and join our team. Minimum Requirements: - Licensed and registered Civil Engineer - Minimum ten years of experience as site manager, superintendent, or resident engineer on Oil & Gas projects in jungle regions - Proven training in project management under the PMBOK framework - Advanced knowledge of applicable national and international technical standards, such as RNE, ASTM, ACI, AWS, ASME, NFPA, among others - Consistent focus on operational continuity, minimizing interference with existing operations - Ability to resolve technical and operational issues in the field, making timely decisions amid climatic, technical, logistical, or resource constraints - Skill in managing on-site conflicts while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment - Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology under the PMI framework - Proficiency in construction control methodologies, occupational safety and health, quality assurance, and risk management Employment Conditions: - Contract for a specific project - Project duration: 6 months - Project location: Iquitos, Gran Bretaña, Lot 95 - Payroll from day one - Work schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off - Travel allowance coverage (flights from Lima). -Requirements- Minimum education: Master's degree 5 years of experience Willingness to travel: Yes
