ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR \- TRUJILLO** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in testing laboratories. * General knowledge of chemical analysis and environmental services. * Familiarity with ISO 17025\. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Basic English (desirable). * Experience in marketing and customer service (mandatory). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide support and supervision to the commercial teams in the Arequipa and Piura branches. * Prepare proformas and service orders, and track commercial processes. Deliver customer service and support, coordinating internal execution of services. * Identify deviations, improvement opportunities, and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate service planning and maintain effective communication with all involved departments. * Address complaints, claims, and requests received through digital channels and follow up accordingly. * Maintain an updated customer portfolio and support customer loyalty initiatives and commercial events. * Supervise achievement of commercial targets, performance indicators, and statistical reports. * Ensure monthly effectiveness rate meets minimum requirement (70%). * Supervise logistical and operational expenses for both branches. * Monitor invoicing and closure of service orders. * Guarantee confidentiality of information and continuous service improvement. **SKILLS:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and lead personnel. **BENEFITS** * Timely monthly payments. * Professional growth. * Analytical ability and proactivity. * Teamwork.
