Position Summary: A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor processes, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with the production schedule. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for executing and ensuring compliance with the production schedule. 2. Monitoring the operation of processes carried out at the plant. 3. Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising activities of assigned personnel. A prominent pharmaceutical company is currently seeking a **Production Supervisor \- Laboratory.** **Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields 2\. 2 years of experience. 3\. Knowledge of GMP. 4\. Knowledge of GLP. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Responsible for executing and ensuring compliance with the production schedule. 2\. Monitoring the operation of processes carried out at the plant. 3\. Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising activities of assigned personnel in accordance with established standards, methods, or procedures. 4\. Developing training and development programs for plant personnel to enhance their technical skills and promote a safe working environment. 5\. Participating in GMP compliance inspections across company departments and in conducting internal audits. 6\. Other duties inherent to the position.
