Safe working environment with an active preventive culture We are a company specialized in human talent management, currently searching for a **Warehouse Assistant** for our client’s industrial plant — a company with over 25 years of experience in the **hydrocarbons and biofuels** sector. We seek individuals with a technical vocation, proactive attitude, and strong commitment to operational and safety standards, who wish to join a technical team focused on continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Experience within the field (Minimum 3–6 months) * Prior experience in continuous production companies or the energy sector is desirable. * Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving and verifying materials and supplies. * Recording and controlling warehouse inflows and outflows. * Organizing, labeling, and locating products. * Supporting inventory counts and stock control. * Coordinating with production and dispatch teams for material delivery. **Working Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site — plant located in **Lurín (We do not provide transportation)** * Rotating shifts under **4x3** (4 working days x 3 days off) and **6x1** (6 working days x 1 day off) schedules * Schedule: 4x3 Schedule: Night shift — Monday to Sunday, 7 PM to 7 AM (Rotating shifts) 6x1 Schedule: Day shift — Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays until noon; Sundays off. **Benefits:** * Starting salary of S/1,500 * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * 100% meal coverage during working hours. * Timely payments and stable employment at a formal plant. * Full provision of certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Active SCTR insurance from day one. * Ongoing technical training. * Opportunity for professional growth and career path. * Safe working environment with an active preventive culture.
