Position Summary: We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to manage and administer e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, optimize processes, and provide support to the department. Key Highlights: 1. Daily management and administration of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces 2. Support in optimizing and continuously improving processes and customer experience 3. Direct support to the E-commerce department head E-Commerce Assistant / Fashion Industry What Are We Looking For? \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce-related roles. \- Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms and/or accounts (e.g., Falabella Seller, Ripley, or similar). \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Shopify proficiency (mandatory). Responsibilities: \- Daily management and administration of e-commerce platforms & marketplaces, ensuring accurate updates of prices, inventory, product listings, and product availability. \- Daily operations management for marketplace platforms such as Falabella and other e-commerce channels. \- Coordination and support for Customer Service, Warehouse, and internal teams to ensure operational continuity and a seamless shopping experience. \- Preparation of basic operational reports for channel performance analysis. \- Support in optimizing and continuously improving processes and customer experience. \- Direct support to the E-commerce department head in executing, tracking, and completing e-commerce channel tasks and initiatives.
