Position Summary: A leading restaurant chain is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop visual and audiovisual materials, create promotional content, and ensure brand consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Graphic and audiovisual material design for promotions and social media. 2. Collaboration on visual and audiovisual strategies with the marketing team. 3. Proposing creative ideas for product and experience presentations. We are ***RIKOTON CHICKEN***, a prominent rotisserie restaurant chain with over 20 years of experience in grilled chicken and barbecue, and we are currently looking for a **GRAPHIC DESIGNER** who meets the following profile: **NOTE**: ***This position is for the administrative office.*** **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or final-year student in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. * Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in graphic design and/or audiovisual content production for the foodservice industry **(Preferred).** * Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and others **(Intermediate level)** * Proficiency in video editing and post-production software: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent. * Basic knowledge of photography and video recording (composition, lighting, framing, sound). * Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and aesthetic sense aligned with the restaurant sector. * Must reside in SAN JUAN DE LURIGANCHO or nearby areas **(Mandatory).** **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM \- 6:30 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and layout the menu attractively, clearly, and consistently with the restaurant’s visual identity. * Create graphic materials for promotions, banners, posters, social media, and other digital or printed media. * Produce audiovisual content (videos and photos) highlighting products, in-restaurant experiences, and key promotions. * Record and edit short videos for social media (reels, TikTok, stories), applying current trends and formats. * Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to define visual and audiovisual strategies. * Ensure visual and audiovisual consistency across all restaurant communication materials. * Propose creative ideas contributing to improved presentation of dishes, services, and brand experiences. **COMPETENCIES** * Creativity and innovation * Assertive communication * Organization and planning * Teamwork **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including statutory benefits (MYPE) * Excellent work environment * Job stability * Salary range: 1300 \- 1500 **(based on work experience)** ***If you meet the requirements, don’t hesitate to apply.
