We are looking for an HR Assistant to support administrative and personnel management processes. **Responsibilities:** * Managing employee onboarding and offboarding * Administration and control of documentation * Supporting onboarding and induction processes * Updating databases and generating reports * Tracking contracts and internal records * Providing personnel administration support **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields * Entry-level experience in administrative or HR functions * Proficiency in Excel and Google Drive * Organizational skills, responsibility, and follow-up capability * Availability for on-site work **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Compensation:** S/ 1,400 – S/ 1,600, MYPE PAYROLL **Work Modality:** On-site Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
