Opportunity for professional development in innovation and quality We are an industrial textile company specializing in the manufacturing of fishing nets for the fishing and aquaculture sectors, with presence in both domestic and international markets. We are seeking a professional to provide technical support in product research, development, and innovation processes, contributing to analysis, validation, and continuous improvement, as well as generating key information for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support product development and improvement. * Research and evaluate raw materials and new technologies. * Conduct and document technical tests (laboratory and field). * Prepare and update technical specifications. * Perform data analysis, benchmarking, and technical reporting. * Validate prototypes and monitor their performance. * Coordinate with production, quality, and commercial departments. * Analyze failures and manage customer feedback. * Provide technical and quality control support. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Fisheries Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis). * Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office tools. * Basic English proficiency (preferred). **Competencies:** * Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret data. * Technical rigor and attention to detail. * Ability to organize and manage information. * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. * Collaborative teamwork and effective communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development in innovation, development, and quality areas. * Ongoing training on processes, products, and analytical tools. * Work environment focused on continuous improvement.
