Be part of a team passionate about excellence and growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and maintain daily **staff attendance records**, ensuring accurate logging of arrivals, departures, and tardiness. * Administer and keep updated staff **Life Insurance (Vida Ley)**. * Activate the **Occupational Risk Insurance (SCTR)** in case of workplace emergencies and conduct **case follow-up** until staff members return to work. * Monitor and record **medical leaves**, as well as track staff **absences and non-attendance**. * Manage and schedule **Occupational Medical Examinations (EMO)**, **Workplace Health Assessments (ESTA)**, and **Health Certificates**. * Conduct **home visits** for address verification and case follow-up, as required. * Support the organization and execution of **corporate events** and activities for **holidays**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Knowledge of inventory management. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work in S.J.L. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Corporate discounts. * Positive work environment. * Career development path. * Market-competitive salary.
