RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Manage onboarding procedures (documentation, contracts, and personnel files). * Monitor attendance, tardiness, and leave requests. * Assist in preparing employment-related documents. * Maintain up-to-date personnel database. * Provide support for various Human Resources department activities. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of Human Resources processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
