Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide operational support in recruitment, training, personnel administration, and payroll. Key Highlights: 1. Intermediate-level proficiency in office tools Tamal Tabien is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will provide operational support to recruitment, training, personnel administration, and payroll processes under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment support: candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and interview coordination. * Delivery and signing of new employee onboarding documentation. * Support for initial onboarding of new employees. * Logistical coordination of training sessions. * Maintenance of personnel databases (physical and digital). * Daily monitoring of working hours, attendance records, and tardiness. * Support in calculating bonuses. * Generation of insurance data files (SCTR and Statutory Life Insurance). **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree (completed) in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or HR functions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion regarding confidential information. Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
