Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage land transportation and foreign trade operations, supporting the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages transportation and foreign trade operations 2. Assists the Operations Manager 3. Experience in freight forwarding agencies, customs agencies, or foreign trade Our client is looking for a candidate to fill the position of **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**, responsible for managing the company's land transportation and foreign trade operations, as well as supporting the Operations Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed university or technical studies in Foreign Trade or International Business Administration. * Experience in freight forwarding agencies, customs agencies, foreign trade, imports, exports, or related fields. * Availability to work **Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM** * Availability to work in the district of **Cercado de Lima (bordering Breña)** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Desired experience coordinating with drivers, providing cargo instructions, issuing CPI documents, processing travel payroll (driver expense settlements), validating fuel consumption, and other functions related to foreign trade (import/export). **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment under the General Regime * Statutory benefits Workplace: On-site employment
