At **Universa**, an educational unit of a growing Peruvian holding company, we seek a Commercial Assistant to help connect prospective students with high-impact educational opportunities. **Role Objective** Contact and follow up with individuals interested in our educational programs via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels, to provide initial information, answer basic inquiries, and schedule advisory sessions with the commercial team for program presentation and enrollment closure. **General Responsibilities:** * Contact interested leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. * Provide initial information about educational programs and answer frequently asked questions. * Schedule advisory sessions and informational interviews with the commercial team. * Follow up with prospects who have not yet scheduled an appointment. * Maintain updated records of contacts, conversations, and appointments in CRM or databases. * Confirm prospect attendance at scheduled meetings. * Support contact campaigns and lead re-engagement efforts. * Achieve targets related to effective contacts, scheduled appointments, and prospect follow-up. * Collaborate with commercial and academic departments to ensure appropriate support for potential students. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, educational admissions, telemarketing, call centers, consultative sales, or appointment setting. * Experience conducting phone calls and prospect follow-up. * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, email, and digital tools. * Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn. * Immediate availability. * Technical or university studies in administration, marketing, communications, psychology, education, or related fields. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to confidently engage in telephone conversations and build trust with people. * Proactive, courteous, and service-oriented attitude. * Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Interest in the education sector and student support. **What We Offer:** * Internship agreement. * Opportunity to join the MYPE payroll upon completion of internship and achievement of established performance indicators. * Employment opportunities for part-time and full-time modalities. * Career path within the Commercial Department. * Continuous training and mentoring. * Flexible working hours and rotating shifts. * 100% remote work. * Conscious organizational culture focused on continuous development and an excellent work environment.
