We seek a **proactive, organized, responsible individual with strong teamwork skills**, eager to grow professionally within the food sector. REQUIREMENTS * Technical graduate or degree holder, or university graduate in **Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields**. * Minimum **6 months of experience in Production**, preferably within food-sector companies. * Knowledge of **BPM, GHP, HACCP, and sanitary regulations**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Immediate availability. * Availability to work **full-time**. * Preferably reside in areas near the **North Cone**. * **Work location:** San Martín de Porres – Av. Canta Callao at Av. Carlos Izaguirre. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist the **Production Manager** in scheduling and planning daily and weekly activities. * Monitor and support **plant production processes**. * Supervise operational staff’s adherence to assigned tasks. * Verify **process parameters and conditions** during production. * Record and monitor **production times**, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Ensure compliance with **BPM, GHP, HACCP, and safety standards**. * Verify proper use of **PPE** by personnel. * Prepare, complete, and organize **production records and documentation**. * Coordinate with **Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics** departments to ensure process continuity. * Support **onboarding and training of operational staff**. * Participate in controlling **inventory of raw materials and supplies** used in the plant. * Support internal and external audits related to production processes and regulatory compliance. * Propose improvements aimed at optimizing **time, processes, and resources**. * Perform other duties related to the position. WHAT WE OFFER? **Salary: S/ 1,499 – S/ 1,500 per month** **Timely payments:** bi-weekly and end-of-month. **Formal payroll enrollment starting from the 3rd month**, subject to performance evaluation.
