Job Summary: Lonccos y Ccalas is seeking a Unit Cleaning and Maintenance Assistant to perform cleaning, fumigation, and ensure the good condition of equipment and materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of T2 units 2. Ensure equipment and work materials are in good condition 3. Maintain cleaning and disinfection machines in good working condition At **Lonccos y Ccalas**, we are looking for a **UNIT CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** to join our team. If you have experience, availability to work **full-time**, and reside in **Arequipa**, **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean T2 units upon return from routes using the pressure washer and assigned tools. * Report any anomalies, damage, or defects in the units. * Ensure equipment and work materials are in good condition. * Fumigate T2 unit cabins and administrative offices. * Collect waste from trash containers. * Maintain cleaning and disinfection machines in good working condition. * Request items and materials required to carry out duties. * Monitor proper use of assigned cleaning supplies. * Perform gardening tasks. * Carry out duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with organizational safety rules and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (preferred) * Must be of legal age * Availability for full-time schedule * Must reside in areas near the Vía de Evitamiento **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration * Food allowance * Pleasant work environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,200.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
