We are currently recruiting **Customer Service Coordinators** for our Call Center. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the customer service team. * Resolve complex customer issues and manage escalated situations. * Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports to improve team efficiency. * Maintain a healthy work environment. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Base salary: S/1700 + 20% variable pay * Corporate discounts (food, entertainment) **Experience / Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Coordinator in an ATC Contact Center. * Completed secondary education; higher or technical studies preferred (physical or digital document required / mandatory requirement). * Employment certificate verifying 3 years of experience in a Call Center as Coordinator / Supervisor / Team Leader. * Availability to work on-site at our Lima Center (Plaza San Martín). **Work Schedule (On-site)** * **Full Time:** 48 hours per week * **Schedule Pattern: 6x1 (day off on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)** * **Shifts:** 08:00–06:00 / 13:00–22:00 **Application** Join our team—apply directly at 989056341 Salary: S/.1,700.00 – S/.2,040.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
