Job Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Drafter to prepare drawings, assist in project drafting, and maintain organized digital drawing files. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare drawings requested by the Projects Manager. 2. Assist in drafting drawings for various installations and components. 3. Conduct rendered 3D virtual tours. At ZGROUP, we are looking for top talent to join us as an Architectural Drafter. Requirements: * University student in the final cycles or graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in this position. * Proficient in Microsoft Office at the user level. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of: AUTOCAD, SKETCHUP, LUMION, MS PROJECT, and structural and sanitary plans. What challenges will I face? * Prepare drawings requested by the Projects Manager. * Support other project areas with drafting tasks, subject to approval by the Projects Manager. * Maintain organized digital archives of completed drawings. * Determine the number and layout of required drawings. * Assist in drafting drawings for: electrical and electronic installations, piping details, mechanical parts, machinery assemblies, and others. * Prepare area schedules for architectural projects. * Conduct rendered 3D virtual tours.
