Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to conduct the search and evaluation of commercial premises, analyze areas, and identify business opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. If you have fieldwork experience and are interested in identifying areas with commercial potential, this could be an opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Search for commercial premises and potential locations. * Commercial analysis of identified areas. * Collection of information on customer traffic, competition, and commercial conditions. * Submission of premises proposals according to the company's established format and workflow. * Coordination with branches and relevant departments for validation of proposed premises. * Follow-up on proposals until validation or rejection. * Updating and reporting on identified, observed, approved, and rejected premises. **Profile:** * Technical studies in Administration or related fields *(not mandatory)*. * Completed secondary education as a minimum. * Fieldwork experience. * Experience in real estate leasing *(ideal but not mandatory)*. Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
