Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager for EVA COURIER with experience in customer acquisition and goal-oriented commercial activities to expand and develop the company's customer portfolio. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager with experience in customer acquisition and prospecting, focused on achieving commercial objectives and growing the company's customer portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospect, contact, negotiate, and acquire new customers. * Actively identify startups and businesses requiring shipping services. * Expand and develop a profitable customer portfolio. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. * Coordinate meetings and present company services. * Provide follow-up and support to acquired customers. * Retain and foster loyalty among existing customers. * Prepare reports on prospective and acquired customers. * Participate in activities or events related to customer acquisition. * Support collections follow-up as required. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer acquisition, commercial management, or similar roles. * Experience conducting customer prospecting and active outreach. * Proficiency in office productivity tools. * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and results orientation. * Availability to conduct fieldwork and manage a customer portfolio. * Prior possession of a personal customer portfolio or database is preferred. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Hybrid work arrangement, subject to coordination with the department. * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. * Rotating shifts: \- 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. * Fixed monthly salary of S/1300\. * Performance-based commissions without cap, calculated according to newly acquired customers and shipment volume generated. * Retention bonus of S/300 when a newly acquired customer remains active for three consecutive months. * Monthly commission payments, subject to validation of commercial performance indicators.
