Ability to work independently and in an organized manner **MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE – EAST LIMA** Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the importation and distribution of medical devices and OTC products, is seeking the following profile: **PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVE** Promotes and sells pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, establishing and strengthening trust-based, technically grounded commercial relationships. Provides accurate and up-to-date scientific information about products to ensure proper prescription and usage. Achieves assigned sales and coverage targets, contributing to the company’s market growth and positioning—all within the pharmaceutical sector’s regulatory and ethical framework. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing technical or university studies (Desirable) * Completion of Medical Detailing courses. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, complying with health regulations and achieving targets. * Experience promoting and marketing OTC and general-line products. * Knowledge of sales to pharmacies, pharmaceutical products, after-sales service, distributors, and drugstores. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Familiarity with document management and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint). * Experience using pharmaceutical laboratories’ attendance reporting platforms. * **Own vehicle (Desirable).** * Established knowledge of and customer portfolio among physicians and clients in the areas of **San Borja, Ate, Chaclacayo, and Cieneguilla** (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Promotion and Sales * Visit physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. * Visit pharmacies. * Present and explain the benefits of the company’s pharmaceutical products. * Persuade healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend the products. * Close sales with end consumers/patients or their representatives, per company-defined terms. * Manage the customer portfolio and identify new potential customers. * Information and Education * Provide technical and scientific product information—including mechanism of action, side effects, and contraindications. * Respond to questions and clarify doubts from healthcare professionals and end consumers/patients. * Conduct product presentations and training sessions. * Relationships and Follow-up * Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals. * Inform and ensure physician compliance with sales-system-related procedures. * Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction. * Address complaints from physicians and/or end consumers/patients via manufacturer-established channels. * Goal Achievement * Achieve established sales targets while adhering to company-defined pricing and administrative procedures. * Plan and organize work to optimize time and resources. * Submit sales and activity reports using company-defined administrative resources and procedures. * Knowledge and Skills * Basic knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology. * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. * Ability to work independently and in an organized manner. **WORK LOCATION**: East Lima. **WORK MODALITY**: In-person **WORK HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BENEFITS**: * Formal employment under the General Regime — Statutory benefits * Mobility allowance and commissions Send updated CV to email: cv(arroba)selektoen Subject line: Sales Representative Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
