We are a dark kitchen delivering authentic Peruvian food, and we are looking for a responsible individual with a positive attitude to join our Customer Service team. \- Location: Pueblo Libre (near PUCP) \- On-site schedule: Tuesdays to Sundays and holidays, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. \- Salary: S/1200 \+ sales target bonus \- Includes breakfast and lunch \- Formal employment registration after the 3rd month (Microenterprise Regime) Responsibilities: * Handling orders via WhatsApp, phone calls, apps, and social media * Coordinating with delivery riders for order dispatch * Entering orders into the system * Managing petty cash opening and closing * Assisting with order packaging * Supporting commercial activities and customer follow-up We are looking for someone who is: \- Punctual \- Organized \- Proactive \- Customer-oriented \- Eager to learn and grow We highly value responsibility, commitment, and positive energy at work!
