At ANDRITZ, we are looking for a Sales Engineer for our office in Lima, Peru. This position’s mission is to market solid-liquid separation products and/or technical solutions to generate business opportunities for the SEPARATION division, through prospecting customers and projects, and opening and/or expanding existing markets. **Main Responsibilities:** Identify and develop opportunities with mining customers (new and existing) related to solid-liquid separation solutions (filtration, thickening, and tailings/concentrate dewatering). Plan and conduct technical visits to customers, identifying needs in dewatering processes, tailings treatment, and water recovery, optimizing commercial coverage and efficiency. Present technical-commercial solutions from the ANDRITZ portfolio (filters, thickeners, centrifuges), tailored to customer processes. Develop technical-commercial proposals jointly with the sales team, considering operational and economic variables of the mining process (capacity, efficiency, costs). Participate in negotiations with customers, technically supporting solutions to contribute to closing deals. Perform post-sales follow-up, evaluating equipment performance and identifying improvement opportunities, retrofit possibilities, or new projects. Manage and report commercial activities (visits, pipeline, opportunities, and closures), maintaining up-to-date customer information. Comply with and promote safety, health, and environmental standards on-site and in offices, in accordance with internal regulations and mining customers’ requirements. Support technical and commercial activities related to the ANDRITZ Separation business. **Formal Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering / Business / Mining Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the mining industry. **Cross-functional Competencies:** * Customer focus * Accountability for performance * Shared commitment * Openness **Specific Competencies:** * Microsoft Office. * CRM platform knowledge. * Industrial processes. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Driver’s license.
